Description

Tbilisi Sea, the official name – Tbilisi Water Reservoir, located in the north-eastern part of the capital of Georgia. Created in 1952 by the flood waters of the river Iori and 3 bitter-salt lakes. The maximum sea depth - 45 meters. From the beginning of creation of artificial water reservoir its coasts were and are used as a place for recreation and entertainment. Today the area is improved, and there are all modern conditions for good pastime. In particular, at the Tbilisi reservoir constructed many new bars, cafés and restaurants, as well on the territory of Tbilisi Sea functioning water park, built by European standards.
